All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from us to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your new watch. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us via our Contact Page or email us at info@orology.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original condition, including any packaging or certificates, to qualify for a refund.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, and your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
